Local arrangements chair for the 2009 Annual Meeting is Christopher Dempsey, Curator of the Stearns Collection. AMIS president Stewart Carter is chairing the Program Committee.

Proposals for papers, lecture-demonstrations, and panels, not to exceed 250 words, should be sent to Stewart Carter, e-mail (preferred) carter@wfu.edu, or via post to Department of Music, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC 27109. The deadline for submissions is 15 December 2008.
