The Curt Sachs Award committee solicits nominations for the 2027 Award. This award honors outstanding contributions toward the goals of the Society. The 2027 award will be presented during the AMIS annual meeting hosted by the Biblioteca Fray Francisco de Burgoa in Oaxaca de Juárez, Mexico, May 27–31, 2027.
