Registration is now open for the 2026 AMIS conference at the National Music Museum in Vermillion, South Dakota, to be held May 27–30, 2026.

Early bird registration is available until April 15 at a cost of $200 for students, $325 for AMIS members, and $375 for non-members. After April 15, registration is $250 for students, $375 for members, and $425 for non-members. Registration is available online or through a mail-in pdf form. Both online registration and the pdf form are available on the NMM website, www.nmmusd.org, or through the "Register Now" link below.  Register and pay online with the links "Register here!" and "Conference Add-ons here!" If you are unable to find the forms at either web location, contact the National Music Museum at 605-658-3450.

 The registration form contains additional information on hotel rates, banquet menu options, transportation to/from Vermillion, and payment options. (Please note: local taxes are automatically added to registrations as required by the State of South Dakota.)

The 2026 AMIS meeting will feature informative sessions, special performances, tours of newly renovated parts of the National Music Museum, a look at some recent and important acquisitions, and a visit the NMM’s newest off-site facility, the Center for Preservation & Research.
