SILENT AUCTION!
BRING DONATIONS!
AMIS will be conducting a silent auction during its upcoming meeting, so we urge you to bring donations of musical instruments, books, music, or other related items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept apparel (ties, vests) or jewelry. You may give your donations to Michael Suing, David Thomas, or Matthew Hill, or you can leave them at the registration table on Tuesday.
The items will be on view in Michael Suing’s room in the dormitory of The Manhattan School of Music at the following times:
- Wednesday, May 16 from 1 – 3 p.m.
- Thursday, May 17, following the concert
- Friday, May 18 from 9 – 11 a.m.
- Other times may be announced at the meeting.
The auction will end Friday morning at 11 a.m. Winners will be announced at lunchtime on Friday, when they will be able to pay Joanne Kopp, treasurer, for their items (checks and cash only) and then pick them up from Michael.
We hope you’ll participate by bringing items and bidding on other’s donations. Proceeds will be used to help fund next year’s Gribbon recipients.
